Clarendons recruits property law expert

Clarendon Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment to the firm of a new Associate Director, Caroline van Grieken. Caroline’s appointment will expand the real estate offering of the firm and provide support for existing clients.

Caroline joins Clarendons from Clayton Utz where she was a Senior Associate in the real estate team in Melbourne.

Caroline has over 12 years’ experience acting for a variety of clients in commercial real estate transactions and real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients on a broad range of real estate related matters, from acquisitions and disposals to commercial, retail and industrial leasing and general property advisory work.

Caroline has a thorough understanding of her clients’ drivers and combines this with her broad expertise to provide commercially focused advice and results. She understands the importance of balancing commercial imperatives with legal issues.
