Corporate law gun joins Clarendons

Clarendon Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment to the firm of a new Senior Associate, David Bryant. David’s appointment will further deepen the firm’s legal corporate advisory offering and support for clients.

David joins Clarendons from Costa Group where he was Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to his time at Costa, David was a member of the M&A team at global firm King & Wood Mallesons and has previously worked in the corporate finance division of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

David has over 12 years’ experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A and ECM work. In 2016, he was recognised by The Legal 500 as a “next generation” lawyer in ECM matters.

David advises clients across a wide range of industries on private and public M&A, capital raising and investments, joint ventures, strategic contracts, corporate restructuring and general corporate and commercial law. He has a deep understanding of clients’ commercial drivers, risk profiles, challenges and opportunities. His time at Costa Group has given him greater insight into the issues that matter to clients and has further honed his commercially-minded approach.
