Clarendon Lawyers is delighted to announce that David Bryant has been promoted as a Director (Partner) of the firm, effective 1 July 2020.
David advises clients across a wide range of industries on private and public M&A, capital raising and investments, joint ventures, strategic contracts, corporate restructuring and general corporate and commercial law.
David has excelled at Clarendons since joining the firm as a Senior Associate in 2018.
Prior to joining the firm, David was Senior Legal Counsel at Costa Group, a member of the M&A team at global firm King & Wood Mallesons and also previously worked in the corporate finance division of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
He has a deep understanding of clients’ commercial drivers, risk profiles, challenges and opportunities. His recent time at Costa Group has also given him valuable insight into the issues that matter to clients and helped him further hone his commercially-minded approach.
