Clarendon Lawyers is pleased to have advised the shareholders of Montlaur Project Services (Montlaur) on the sale of Montlaur to CBRE Group, Inc (CBRE).
Montlaur was established in 1988 and has a longstanding active reach in project management across a range of industry sectors, including commercial, government, education, industrial, health, aged care, residential, retail and hospitality. Since its establishment, Montlaur has delivered an impressive 2.5 million square metres of projects valued at more than AU$4.0 billion.
