Property Lawyers – Partner or Partner-elect / Senior Associate level (Full-time or Part-time permanent positions)

We are currently recruiting for Partner or Partner-elect (PQE 10 years or more) and Senior Associate (PQE 5 years or more) property lawyers to assist with our clients' general commercial property work.

We provide advice to our clients on a range of general commercial property issues, including contracts for sale of land, agreements for lease, development contracts and commercial, industrial and retail leasing and tenancy issues.

The positions also involve working closely with our team on the property aspects of M&A transactions, including property due diligence and transfers of land and leasing arrangements.

The firm has a very strong client base in property matters and provides the right candidate with the opportunity to establish or further grow their existing property practice in a highly dynamic and growing firm. For Partner-elect and Senior Associate candidates, the position provides the candidate with the opportunity to reach partnership on a more accelerated basis than the larger firms.

The candidate must have strong technical skills, a commercial approach to practice and be highly motivated.

Corporate Lawyers – Senior Associate / Associate level (Full-time or Part-time permanent positions)

We are currently recruiting for Senior Associate (PQE 5 years or more) and Associate (PQE 3 to 5 years) corporate lawyers to join our leading M&A team.

We have an outstanding corporate team which advises on a range of complex M&A transactions, as well as capital raisings, joint ventures and general business structuring and finance work.

The firm offers candidates high quality work and training and mentoring by some of Melbourne's leading M&A lawyers.

The candidates must have strong technical skills, commercial acumen and a high degree of motivation and initiative.

The Senior Associate position would suit a senior associate-level lawyer from a top or mid-tier firm who is seeking to build their own practice and reach partnership on a more accelerated basis than the larger firms.

The firm is open to applications on a full-time or permanent basis.
